We Are Traffic has temporary, portable bike racks for rent. They are best for community events and festivals which want to encourage attendees to bike to the event. Each rack opens up to 108" long and supports about 8 bikes, but when the tubes are packed into themselves, you’ve got a rack that is only 2.5” X 2.5” by 60” long . . . and weighs just 11 lbs (a little over a lb per bike). Rack rentals are typically $10/rack per event-day (contact us for a quote for longer rentals). Delivery is not included, but may be negotiated.

These racks are typically used at triathlons and race events. They are not generally suitable for unsupervised use, as bikes cannot be secured to them to prevent theft. We recommend a supervised enclosure, though some event organizers choose to place them in places with only passive security (e.g. high foot traffic or within sight of staffed kiosks).

We are considering to provide a turn-key valet parking service where we provide everything for your event including set-up and staff for a reasonable fee.  Our primary mission is to provide opportunities for people to use their bikes for transportation.  If you have ideas to further our mission, please get in contact with us!
